The focus of the James G. Hanes Foundation is to support various charitable and educational purposes in North Carolina and beyond.

APPLICATION DEADLINES
The Foundation board meets in the fall and spring to consider requests. Applications should be received by February 20th to be considered in the spring session and by August 1st to be considered in the fall session.

GEOGRAPHIC LIMITATIONS:

TYPES OF SUPPORT:
Focus is on non-recurring grants to public charities for short-term projects or other non-operational purposes that are not maintenance-oriented.
